Greetings for Haiku Writing Month! Congratulations to participating poets!
I am delighted to be published in Triya Patrika’s Basant Edition 2025. I appreciate your efforts especially the debut haiga collaborations.
My haiku include the following:
Late spring season word, kigo 季語: fragrance of cherry blossoms, hana no ka 花の香 (はなのか)
and
Midwinter season word, kigo 季語: winter solstice, tooji 冬至
Seasonless topic, muki 無季:

The World Kigo Database by Dr. Gabi Greve, Daruma Museum, Japan, is my primary almanac (saijiki) for kigo and muki, footnotes about kigo, and for translation of kigo and muki into English.
