Designing a book cover is a creative odyssey, involving numerous iterations and refinements. As I experiment with various designs and illustrations, the process itself becomes rewarding. However, the real challenge lies in capturing the poet’s vision and meeting their criteria, which requires a deep understanding of their work and intentions. This collaborative process is a valuable learning experience, allowing me to grow as a designer and refine my skills to bring the poet’s vision to life.

While poets infuse their work with creative brilliance, publishers leverage their printing expertise to refine and finalize the book’s presentation, ensuring it resonates with its target audience. It is the cover artists who make informed decisions about cover design, typography, and overall aesthetics, bringing the book to life in a way that captivates readers.
